Customer Appreciation and a Shout-Out to Gator Cases!

Hello Dear Readers!
I am compelled to send a special thanks and shout out to Gator Cases, specifically Ken Fuente, VP of Sales, and Brian McKay, Warranty & Parts Dept Manager.
They both went above and beyond with helping me resolve an issue I had with some of my drum cases, many of which were purchased years ago.
Let me tell you the story….
I met Ken at the NAMM show in Nashville this Summer and asked him how I could obtain some parts from his company. He gave me his card and told me to give him a call. Unfortunately, I ended up losing his card and put off calling the company. After finally getting around to it, I called Gator Cases, was able to get his voice mail, and left a message. The same day I called, Mr. Fuente called me back, told me to email him, and forwarded my email to Mr McKay. Mr McKay, got back to me within 24 hrs and within two days the parts I needed were shipped to me…that’s is what I call customer service. Needless to say, I will continue to purchase products from Gator Cases and recommend to all my students and other musicians that I am in constant contact with.
Both Mr. Fuentes and Mr McKay understand the importance of customer care, and for that I am grateful. In this age of poor customer service, lack of follow-up and a “pass the buck mentality”, its nice to see a company that understands its future lies in its customer satisfaction. Thank you!
